Which tier is best for my company?
Choose People for HR-focused small teams, Accounting for finance, sales and asset management, or Full ERP to run your whole business end to end.
How many users do I get with each tier?
The People and Accounting tiers include 4 users you can assign to any role. Full ERP is pay-as-you-grow with a minimum of 5 users.
What's the difference between a user license and an employee?
A license gives a person dedicated access to the system; an employee is simply a record. If an employee doesn't need system access, you don't need a license for them.
I have multiple branches — do I need more than one subscription?
No. One Full ERP subscription covers unlimited branches, and you can keep books for sub-companies completely separately.
How much do training and support cost?
Full ERP includes 30 hours of free training (billed annually). Additional training on any tier is 75 SAR per hour, and we offer a 24/7 self-service library of articles and videos.
How much do customizations cost?
Full ERP includes 20 hours of free customizations. Beyond that, we offer competitive hourly rates based on scope; other tiers are 75 SAR per hour.
Do you migrate our existing data?
With Full ERP, data upload and setup is included within the 20 customization hours. On other tiers it's charged as a standard customization.
Do you offer in-house training?
We're a remote-first company — remote training is faster and lower-cost, and sessions can be recorded (with your permission) for later reference.
