Terms of Use

1. Eligibility for services

You acknowledge and warrant that your use of CloudToday services has never been suspended by CloudToday; that you are not a competitor and do not offer a competing product; and that you have full power and authority to contract without breaching any law or contract.

2. Pledges and guarantees

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; to provide true and accurate information and keep it updated; to use the services only for legitimate purposes; not to sublicense, publish, transfer, distribute, sell or reclassify the services except as permitted; not to cause harm or harassment; not to hamper the proper operation of the systems; and to keep your account credentials secure and confidential. CloudToday reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

3. Scope of the license

CloudToday grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, non-sublicensable licence to use the services for the personal purpose specified. You may not rent, resell, distribute or sublicense the services; reverse-engineer or attempt to access the source code; remove copyright notices; or share account credentials.

4. Intellectual property rights

All intellectual property rights in the services and related materials are the property of CloudToday. You must not reproduce or allow others to reproduce the services or any trademarks. Some components are provided under the GNU GPLv3 licence, whose provisions apply to those parts.

5. Payments

CloudToday may introduce new fees or update prices from time to time, and will inform you accordingly. You are responsible for paying all fees on time via the available payment methods. Access to your data is linked to an active, paid subscription; non-payment may result in suspension of access after a grace period determined by CloudToday.

6. Renewals

Unless you notify CloudToday before the end of the applicable subscription period, your subscription renews automatically with its current features, and you authorise CloudToday to collect the subscription fees. You may request to amend the subscription before renewal.

7. Cancellation and refund requests

Monthly subscriptions: you may cancel within the first five (5) days for a full refund, unless otherwise stated. Cancellation after five days does not incur a refund but ends auto-renewal; the subscription stays active for the remainder of the period.

Annual subscriptions: you may cancel within the first fourteen (14) days for a full refund, unless otherwise stated. Cancellation after fourteen days does not incur a refund but ends auto-renewal; the subscription stays active for the remainder of the term.

8. Support & maintenance

During the subscription period, CloudToday provides technical support remotely as described on the site. Maintenance may occur from time to time to upgrade, add features, back up or patch security. If service is interrupted for more than three working days in total per year, you will be compensated by extending your subscription by the number of days of interruption.

9. Data preservation

If you stop using the services, CloudToday allows a period of three (3) days for payment while you retain full access to your data. If the due fee is not paid, the subscription is stopped, and after seven (7) days it is cancelled and the data is erased. Trial-package data is deleted immediately after the trial ends.

10. Legal responsibility & liability limits

CloudToday maintains, as far as possible, the correctness of the website and services but does not guarantee they are free from errors or that systems will operate uninterrupted throughout the year. Services are provided "as is" and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, CloudToday disclaims all warranties and is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of (or inability to use) the services.

11. Duration and termination

The contract is for an unlimited period unless otherwise agreed. You may terminate by closing your account at any time. CloudToday may terminate with immediate effect if you breach these terms, misuse the services, or for any reason at its absolute discretion.

12. Applicable law and language

These terms are subject to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Arabic language is the approved language for the interpretation and implementation of the contract. Where a foreign-language version is also used and conflicts with the Arabic text, the Arabic text prevails.
